Note: if you are installing a license issued after October 1st, 2018, you will need to download the latest version of Viewer (2018.9.65 or later) in order to activate your software.
When the product starts up, if the license key has not yet been entered, you will be asked for a key. The next step is activating the software by entering your name and email address on the activation form.
If you are unable to connect to the Internet, or if firewall or security software prevents the automatic activation, you will be directed to a website to complete the activation. After entering your name, email, and license key on the website, an activation code will be generated. Back in the Viewer software activation window, click the "I have an activate code" link and copy and paste the activation code from the website.
If you are still unable to activate the software, contact Steelray Support and we will activate the license for you.
